**Russian Drones Cause Widespread Destruction in Ukraine**
On the night of August 10, Russian forces launched a massive attack on the railway station in Synelnykove, a city located in the Dnipropetrovsk region of Ukraine. The attack, which was carried out using drones, caused significant damage to the train station and surrounding infrastructure.
According to local reports, the attack resulted in 30 strikes being made against various targets in the area. Photos and videos of the destruction were shared on social media, showing the extent of the damage. The head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Administration also commented on the attack, stating that several fires broke out in the district center and infrastructure was damaged.
**Train Station Reduced to Ruins**
The footage from the scene shows that the Synelnykove train station has been reduced to ruins. Trains are no longer able to run through this station, but fortunately, there were no casualties reported.
**Multiple Communities Hit**
In addition to the attack on the railway station, other communities in the Dnipropetrovsk region were also hit by Russian forces. The Vasylkiv and Mezhiv communities were attacked, with administrative buildings and homes destroyed. The Nikopol district was also targeted, with strikes hitting the district center as well as the Myrivska, Marhanetska, and Pokrovska communities.
**Air Defense Forces Respond**
The air defense forces in the Dnipropetrovsk region managed to shoot down 21 drones during the attack. Several fires broke out in the area, which were extinguished by the State Emergency Service.
**Recent Attacks on Ukraine’s Infrastructure**
This is not the first time that Russian forces have targeted Ukraine’s infrastructure. Just a few days ago, the Russian army launched 34 kamikaze drones at Lozova in Kharkiv region, hitting the railway station area. A 60-year-old railway worker was killed on the spot during the attack, and a 72-year-old woman later died from her injuries in the hospital. Another 13 people were injured.
