**Russian Attacks on Ukraine: Civilians Suffer as Fighting Continues**

Governors from affected regions have spoken out against the attacks. Serhii Lysak, Governor of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, condemned the violence, while Vadym Filaskhin, Governor of Donetsk Oblast, reported on the civilian casualties. In Kherson Oblast, Governor Oleksandr Prokudin said that high-rise buildings and homes were among those damaged.
**International Response**
While the international community continues to provide support to Ukraine, Russian attacks persist, causing harm to civilians and damaging infrastructure. The United Nations has called for an end to violence in Ukraine, but it remains unclear when this will happen.
